- To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased the product directly from The Drip Clothing.
- Refunds are applicable only for unused, unworn, and undamaged products in their original condition and packaging. 

Refund Process

- If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Provide your order details, including the order number and the specific product(s) you would like to return. Email admin@thedripclothing.co.nz

Return Shipping

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely.
- It is advisable to retain the shipping receipt and tracking information until the refund process is complete.

Refund Options

- Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If the refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 3 business days.
- The refund amount will exclude any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or design, please follow the refund process and place a new order.

Exceptions

- We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria or if the request is made beyond the specified time frame.
